Vicki Weaver, BROKER
Vicki Weaver’s real estate career began in 1993, working alongside her husband, in the residential home building industry. In June of 1998, she transitioned from a Sales Associate/Realtor with Larry Sanders Realty to Brokering when she opened Weaver & Associate Real Estate.
Vicki specializes in New Construction, Residential Sales, Residential development land acquisitions and, with her husband, has developed 17 neighborhoods in Madison and Rankin Counties for a total of over 1,400 Residential lots, as well as an 8 building office complex.
The foundation of Vicki’s real estate business has been a philosophy of service to clients and communities, coupled with a drive to increase professional development. She understands the importance of staying on top of the rapid changes and trends in the Real Estate industry while protecting the integrity and viability of the Real Estate profession.
In addition to her position as Broker of Weaver & Associate RE, Vicki is also a Top Producing Realtor in her Industry, consistently ranking in the Top 25 Agents in Central MS year after year.
Every day Vicki strives to be an ethical, fair, and well-respected member of the Association and her community, and the passion she has for her profession drives her to be an involved advocate for Realtors. She serves as the President of Central MS MLS and on the Board of Managers for MLS United. She has also served on the Central MS MLS, as a Treasurer and Director, on the Central MS Association of Realtor as a Director, on the MS Assn. of Realtors Professional Standards Committee, and is an RPAC Major Investor.
Tim and Vicki have 2 grown children and 4 grandchildren. They love traveling, spending time with family, being a part of faith-based Marketplace ministries, and are aligned with Glory of Zion Int’l and Kingdom Harvest Alliance.
